Custom AI engineering · Mobile ads & CG

Automate complex CG production

We build AI tools and agent systems for mobile game ads and complex CG campaigns. Automate scene work, animation and rendering inside your production pipeline, with editable projects and creative control.

Discuss a production task

01Complex scenes take craft
and a lot of technical work

02Turn repeated operations into
production tools

03Keep the scene editable
and the team in control

01 / Engineering inside your tools

AI that works
inside the project

This is production engineering, not prompt-to-video generation. Coding agents write and run code against editable scenes, assets and timelines. We build the integrations around your tools and review process.

Production taskWhat we can automateYour team controls

Scene & assets

Asset preparation, scene assembly, parameter checks and reusable setups.

Art direction, composition and asset approval.

Action & camera

Tools for staged gameplay, procedural animation and camera rigs.

Motion, timing and visual review.

Revisions & variants

Apply an approved change across scenes; assemble hooks, end cards and formats.

Choose the variations worth testing.

Render & delivery

Job preparation, output checks and reports on failed tasks.

Final quality check and release approval.

Unreal Engine, Unity, Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, Houdini, After Effects. We assess the relevant tools, versions and plugins before agreeing an integration.

02 / Ways to work together

Built around your task
and your team

Start with an audit, commission a creative or bring us into a specific production workflow. We agree the deliverables before work begins.

A

Audit & consulting

Find where automation is worth building. We review a representative project with your production lead, map the manual work and choose a useful first implementation.

  • A map of tasks and bottlenecks
  • A ranked implementation plan
  • Pilot scope and cost estimate
B

Custom tools & agents

Build the missing production tooling. We develop scripts, integrations and proactive agents that can take a task through agreed steps, check the output and flag work that needs a person.

  • A pilot on one real workflow
  • Editable output and repeatable execution
  • Time and cost measured with review included
C

Creative production

Commission a mobile game ad or a complex CG sequence. We scope the concept, scene work, animation and delivery, using custom tooling where it helps the project.

  • An agreed master creative and variants
  • Defined review rounds and delivery formats
  • Source-file delivery agreed upfront
D

Workshops & team training

Give artists and technical leads a workflow they can use themselves. Sessions use your tasks and finish with a practical exercise, operating notes and a handover.

  • Task-based demonstrations
  • Hands-on practice and review
  • Operating notes and handover
E

Tool access & support

Keep an implemented workflow usable as production changes. For suitable tools, we can agree licensed access, updates and support as a separate engagement.

  • Tool-specific licensing terms
  • Agreed versions and support scope
  • Transparent model and compute costs

03 / One scene, many tests

Keep the source. Change what matters.

3 × 3 × 3 = 27 combinations in this concept demo. The controls switch previews; they do not generate or render video.

05 / Scope & cost

A defined job
A price agreed upfront

A creative pack and a pipeline integration are different jobs. We quote production by the agreed deliverables, and engineering by the workflow and acceptance criteria. Training, tool access and support have their own scope.

For an integration, start with one paid pilot. Compare the same task before and after, including human review, rework and compute costs. Use the result to decide what to expand.

06 / Proactive agents

From a task
to project changes

Proactive means carrying a task through agreed steps: inspect, plan, execute, check and report. We design that workflow for your production, with explicit permissions and human review. This is an example sequence, not a live run or an off-the-shelf product.

Example / Scene revision

  1. INPUT / Approved task

Apply a camera change to a set of existing scenes.

  2. PLAN / Inspect the project

Check assets and dependencies. Propose changes and review points.

  3. EXECUTE / Work in a copy

Run the agreed scripts. Save editable changes and an operation log.

  4. CHECK / Review the result

Check scene parameters and preview frames. Flag exceptions for an artist.

  5. APPROVE / Continue the job

The team approves the preview before final rendering and delivery.
